How to Order

Step One: Choose Your Size

Measure the opening in your floor, wall, or ceiling and note the length and width for the floor applications or the length and height for wall applications. For your convenience we sell 16 of the most popular standard sizes. If your size is not standard, no problem. Our craftsman will custom fabricate your grille made from your specifications.

How to Measure For Your Air Return Grill

Step Two: Choose your Type

There are three types of custom metal grilles:

Flat Grilles- These will fit over your existing opening and are designed for wall or ceiling applications. These are typically used for return air applications and will be drilled with the appropriate amount of mounting holes determined by the size that is ordered.
Drop-In Grilles for Wall/Ceiling - These will fit into your existing opening and will rest on top of your surface. These are designed for wall or ceiling applications and will be drilled with the appropriate amount of mounting holes determined by the size that is ordered. Air flow controls are not available with custom made metal grilles.
Drop-In Grilles for Floor- These will fit into your existing opening and rests on top of your floor surface. This grille is designed specifically for the floor. Air flow controls are not available with custome made metal grilles.
